Referral Services Offered

Botox for Migraines, TMJ, and Hyperhidrosis; axilla, foot/hand

• Our in-house physician will perform a consultation prior to the procedure to discuss medical history, expectations, contraindications, risks & aftercare with the patient.

• Please have your patient contact their insurance provider to find out what they will cover for the procedure (Botox and/or Injection fee).

• If a patient does not have insurance fees typically range from $400-$650/treatment.

Telederm

• Our nurse practitioner can connect your patient with a dermatologist to address skin conditions, and provide follow-up and possible treatment plans.

Cryosurgery

• and/or laser treatment for pilonidal cysts caused by ingrown hairs, seborrheic keratosis, sun spots, hemangiomas, skin tags, and other vascular or dermatological concerns.

Podiatry and Foot Care

• Our personal foot care nurse completes an assessment as well as treatment of foot health issues related to diabetes and other diseases. (This treatment may be covered by some insurance plans).

Plastics

• Mole removal, blepharoplasty, breast augmentation, mastopexy, panniculectomy, liposuction, abdominoplasty,  breast reduction (all non-OHIP covered).

• Patients can see our associate plastic surgeon, Dr. Chitte (all surgeries that require general anesthesia are performed at the Carleton Place Hospital)

Dermal filler dissolve

• In emergent situations such as vascular occlusion. 

• After hours emergency dissolve please present to ER department. Otherwise, during regular hours we may be able to assist.
