Medical Aesthetician | Part-time, 24–32 hrs/week · Petawawa & Pembroke, ON
HeLa is hiring a Medical Aesthetician to deliver the treatments that keep our clients coming back — and referring everyone they know. From facials and HydraFacials to laser hair removal, lashes, brows, and pedicures, you'll be the skilled, steady hands behind results clients can see and feel. If you take pride in your craft, love making people feel their best, and want to grow with a clinic that genuinely invests in its people, this is your place.
Why This Role Matters
The Medical Aesthetician is the heart of what HeLa does. Every treatment you perform is a chance to build trust, deliver a real result, and turn a first-time client into someone who wouldn't go anywhere else. You're not simply providing a service — you're upholding the reputation we've built across the Ottawa Valley for doing this work properly, safely, and beautifully.
A Day in the Life
No two days look exactly alike, but most follow a satisfying rhythm. You prep your treatment room so it's spotless and calm, review your day's bookings, and greet your first client — maybe a relaxing facial, a results-driven HydraFacial, a laser hair removal session, a lash or brow appointment, or a pedicure that sends someone out feeling pampered.
Between treatments you consult with clients about their goals, recommend the right plan and homecare, and chart thoroughly and accurately. You keep your space and tools immaculate and properly sanitized, turn the room over between clients, and stay on top of product and supply levels. Throughout the day you work alongside a tight, supportive clinical team — sharing knowledge, covering each other, and holding the same high standard.
It's a role for someone who treats their craft seriously, takes real pride in a polished result, and lights up when a client looks in the mirror and loves what they see.
What You Bring
Above all, you bring a love of the work and the people. You're warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in how your clients feel — you read a room, anticipate needs, and make every person feel like the most important one you'll see all day. That instinct, paired with skilled hands, is exactly what we're after. You take real pride in your craft: a flawless lash set, a glowing post-facial complexion, a treatment room that's spotless and ready — those details matter to you, and clients notice.
You'll also bring:
Certification or training in medical aesthetics / esthetics, with experience across our menu (facials, HydraFacials, laser hair removal, lashes, brows, pedicures, and more)
A genuine eagerness to be trained on the rest, including our advanced laser and skin technology
A steady hand, sharp attention to detail, and a results-focused eye
A warm, polished, professional presence with clients and teammates alike
Solid documentation habits and a commitment to clinical safety and sanitation
Reliability, initiative, and the judgment to know when to ask
If you light up at the chance to make someone feel their best, and you want to do it somewhere that treats this work as a craft and invests in helping you master it, you'll fit right in at HeLa.

Client Care Specialist | Part-time, 16–32 hrs/week · Petawawa & Pembroke, ON
HeLa is hiring a part-time Client Care Specialist to be the welcoming, organized heart of our aesthetic and wellness clinics in Petawawa and Pembroke. If you've got real service experience — waiting tables, working a register, running a front desk — and you take genuine pride in making every person feel looked after, this is where that talent shines. You'll keep the schedule, front desk, and day-to-day running smoothly so our clinical team can focus on clients.
Why This Role Matters
The Client Care Specialist is the steady hand behind a smooth, welcoming clinic. This role exists so our clinical team can give clients their full attention — because the schedule runs on time, the inquiries get answered, the supplies are stocked, and the space stays calm, clean, and professional.
A Day in the Life
No two days look exactly alike, but most follow a familiar rhythm. You set up the space so it's spotless and welcoming, then take hold of the day's schedule — coordinating appointments, fielding calls and emails, and answering client inquiries with a warm, professional tone that sets people at ease.
Throughout the day you keep records and documentation organized and accurate, track inventory and order product and supplies so nothing runs short, and make sure the front desk, common areas, treatment rooms, and restrooms stay clean and presentable. You support the team's internal communication, pitch in wherever you're needed, and move between our Petawawa and Pembroke locations as the schedule calls for it.
It's a role for someone who likes to keep things running, takes pride in a well-ordered space, and genuinely enjoys being the person clients and teammates can count on.
What You Bring
Above all, you bring a love of service. Maybe you've waited tables, run a till, or worked a front counter — wherever it was, you learned to read a room, anticipate what someone needs before they ask, and make every single person feel like the most important one you'll see all day. That instinct matters more to us than any line on a résumé.
You take real pride in a job well done. A tidy space, a day that runs like clockwork, a client who leaves feeling genuinely cared for — those are the things that make a shift worth it. You notice the small details other people miss, and you quietly handle them before anyone has to ask.
You'll also bring:
A warm, polished, professional presence with clients and teammates alike
Strong organization and the ability to juggle a busy day without dropping the ball
Excellent written and verbal communication
The initiative to work independently, and the judgment to know when to ask
Comfort picking up scheduling tools and office software (admin experience is a bonus, not a must — we'll teach you the rest)
If you light up at the chance to make someone's day better, and you want to do it somewhere that treats hospitality as a craft rather than a chore, you'll fit right in at HeLa.
