Microneedling
Stimulate. Restore. Glow. |
Microneedling is a skin-rejuvenation treatment that uses ultrafine needles to create thousands of controlled micro-channels in the skin. These micro-injuries activate the body’s natural healing response, stimulating collagen and elastin production to improve firmness, texture, and overall skin quality.
At our clinic, microneedling is exclusively paired with medical-grade exosomes to amplify results. Exosomes act as powerful cellular messengers, delivering growth factors and regenerative signals deep into the skin to accelerate repair, enhance collagen stimulation, and optimize skin renewal.
The result is smoother, stronger, more radiant skin.
At HeLa, we elevate microneedling by using the Dermapen 4™, the most advanced microneedling device on the market. Dermapen 4™ ensures precise, consistent treatments for optimal results and greater comfort.
To maximize skin regeneration, every session is paired with exosomes - powerful cellular messengers rich in growth factors, peptides, and proteins that accelerate healing and dramatically enhance your glow.
FAQs
-
Most clients experience mild redness and sensitivity similar to a light sunburn for 24-48 hours. Some may notice light flaking or dryness for a few days as the skin renews. Makeup can usually be worn after 24 hours, and you can return to most normal activities the same day.
-
Microneedling with exosomes is safe for all skin types and tones. You may be a great candidate if you want to improve fine lines, scars, enlarged pores, uneven tone, or mild laxity. It’s not recommended if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, have active skin infections, or a history of abnormal scarring.

Noticeable improvement often appears after just one session, but for best results we recommend a series of 3-4 treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart.
Maintenance treatments once or twice a year can help sustain your results.
