How does it work?

Through teledermatology, our Nurse Practitioner collaborates directly with an Ontario-based dermatologist to assess and manage skin concerns. During your appointment, a thorough examination is performed and high-resolution clinical photographs are taken using specialized imaging equipment. These images, along with your medical information, are securely submitted for review.

A dermatologist evaluates the case and typically provides expert recommendations within approximately five days. In some cases, additional photographs or minor in-clinic procedures may be required to support diagnosis. However, most patients can receive expert dermatology care without the need to travel for an in-person specialist visit.
