Downtime is minimal. You may experience light redness, swelling, or small bumps at the injection sites that fade within a day or two. Most clients return to regular activities immediately. Bruising is possible but usually resolves quickly.
We recommend avoiding strenuous exercise, alcohol, and excessive sun or heat exposure for 24 hours post-treatment.
