Microneedling

Microneedling is a rejuvenating skin treatment that uses ultrafine needles to create thousands of microscopic channels on the surface of the skin. These tiny “micro-injuries” stimulate the body’s natural healing response, encouraging new collagen and elastin production. The result is firmer, smoother, and more youthful-looking skin - without surgery or significant downtime

At HeLa, we elevate microneedling by using the Dermapen 4™, the most advanced microneedling device on the market. Dermapen 4™ ensures precise, consistent treatments for optimal results and greater comfort.

To maximize skin regeneration, every session is paired with exosomes - powerful cellular messengers rich in growth factors, peptides, and proteins that accelerate healing and dramatically enhance your glow.

FAQ’S

  • Most clients experience mild redness and sensitivity similar to a light sunburn for 24-48 hours. Some may notice light flaking or dryness for a few days as the skin renews. Makeup can usually be worn after 24 hours, and you can return to most normal activities the same day.

  • Microneedling with exosomes is safe for all skin types and tones. You may be a great candidate if you want to improve fine lines, scars, enlarged pores, uneven tone, or mild laxity. It’s not recommended if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, have active skin infections, or a history of abnormal scarring.

  • Noticeable improvement often appears after just one session, but for best results we recommend a series of 3-4 treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart.

Maintenance treatments once or twice a year can help sustain your results.
